What is Apex Hyperspace?

Apex Hyperspace is used to move the System date to a future date without having to run multiple End of Days to do this.
This is only in Apex version 2.44 revision 0414 and above.

HTI Client Success Agents will be able to do this, no system administrators at the property will be able to do this.
Please advise your Client Success Team, that you would like HTI to move the date forward and advise what date you would like the system to be on.
  1. Ensure all arrivals are cancelled or moved in between the current date and the system date, otherwise they will be no-showed.
  2. Ensure all guests who are meant to be checked out, are checked out otherwise they will automatically be extended.
During this process:
  1. No reports will be generated or printed.
  2. No Accommodation or charges will be posted.
  3. No interface batches will be created or sent.
  4. Arrivals will be no-showed.
  5. In house guests will be extended.
  6. A backup is created before the process starts and named Apex_Hyperspace_Backup_Date.
