Four Digit year added to Summary Reservation Listing Report

To save some space, the year in the date was shortened to two characters but the excel format did not handle it well.
The year has been changed back to four characters.

Correspondence letters are generated without any errors on the latest version.

eRes Interface controller - Apex inventory rebuild running

The sequence of the Inventory rebuild process has been changed slightly so that the start of it is logged before anything else happens.
The lockout flag only gets set by the rebuild process and this change will help us see if it is a case of that process not running properly to reset the flag.
In addition to that, a front-end lockout checkbox has been added to the interface configuration to make it easier to remove the lock if necessary.

Error caused when Reminder field is blank

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'RemindType', table DTRemind.
When a reminder is added to a reservation the reminder type defaults to "Guest" now so that it won't be left blank and cause the error.

Access Violation when the Room Rack/Chart screen is not active

Apex will now no longer refresh the Room rack, Room chart, Room- or Banqueting availability screens if the screen is open but not currently being displayed. This was causing intermittent access violations as well as unnecessary background processing.

Double Clicking close screen icon Timeshare Week and Unit caused an access violation

This was fixed and the access violation has been prevented.

Sending Characters in Account number caused error on Apex PP Interface

Only numbers can be typed into the Account number field for interface postings in PlusPoint and even when pasting special characters into the field, the interface will now respond with "invalid query" and no error will occur.

Error when printing the Banqueting Function Sheet

The error has been resolved and the Function Sheet now prints without error.

Timeshare booking disappears when editing

The disappearing reservation scenario when there are three records in a week could not be recreated. An Edit button has been added to the Week Control screen in case double-clicking contributed to the issue.

Debtors Accounts filtering

When filtering In-active / All / Active Debtors it pulls through the same total amount (count) at the bottom of the screen. The count at the bottom of the column now shows the correct count for each selection, not the total number of records.

Timeshare released reservation causes incorrect availability

Splitting a week in Timeshare no longer causes incorrect availability.

CRS Rate Share problem

When eRes sends a group reservation down and the property chooses to create a share with a "New" reservation, the CRS Unit rates will be discarded.
The rate sent down by eRes will be split according to the share amount and that amount will be set as an overridden rate.
Due to this being a rate override, supervisor authorisation will be required.

Room Block User right

When a user belongs to an employee type that does not have the "Block room" right assigned, as soon as they click on "Block room" a message will appear informing the user that their rights are preventing them from blocking a room.

Cannot create file access is denied End of Day Reports

When saving the End Of Day settings on the property, the file path is checked and if it can't be written to, a warning will appear.

All File types on Confirmation Attachments

Any File Type can now be attached to the Confirmation Letter. It's no longer restricted to just .bmp file types.

Meal Plan and Rate Names on Print Formats

The ability to display Meal Plan and Rate Code descriptions on print formats has been added.
The Types to be set are MP_N and SG_N.

New Connection Lost Error Message

When a connection to the server is lost a new message will now be displayed to better explain it to the user.

CRS Code and Default tick added to Deposit Codes

A CRS code and CRS default tick have been added to the Deposit codes.
It is recommended that one Deposit code in Apex be set as the CRS default code so that it will be used on all reservations received from eRes.
Please note that eRes does not send a deposit code to Apex. This has the following implications:
- If no default is set, the code will be blank in Apex and this will exclude the amount from reports.
- Even if there is a CRS code mapped to the deposit codes in eRes, only the default code (if set) will be used.
The CRS code was added in case the deposit code is added to the interface in future.

Convert blank fields on Reservation Listing Report to a space character

This was done to help improve the alignment on the excel export of the Reservation Listing reports.

Number of nights added to Reservation Listing Reports

A setting has been added to the Reservation Listing Reports for stays longer than the specified number of nights.

Special characters received from Nightsbridge

When reservations are received from Nightsbridge, special characters found in the guest first or last name will be replaced with an underscore.

Room Type added as an option on the Booking Code Analysis Report

Added the option to sort Code by Code Marketing Analysis Report by Value

The Code by Code Marketing Analysis Report now has sorting options for each of the values such as Bookings, Room Night, Bed Night, Adults, Pax.

Prevent Banqueting Event from being completed before end date

The "Complete" button on events will only be available when the event's end date and the system date are the same..

Banqueting Package Templates

Under Banqueting Codes > Function Menu Templates users are now able to add templates for functions that include more than one event.
This will reduce the amount of time it takes to quote and book standard packages such as wedding-, and conference packages.
The user would only select the template and enter the number of pax. All menu items, equipment, accommodation etc. may be built into the template.
