ApexINISetup.exe Changes

In the ApexINISetup.exe the following has changed:
- It is now possible to delete .ini files (red cross next to the selected file).
- "Use these settings when loading Apex" first displays the message "Warning, the current ServerSettings.ini will be replaced with these settings....Are you sure". And will be followed by the message to confirm if you would also like the ApexInterface.ini updated with the settings so that these don't need to be updated manually.

A property filter has been added to the Statistics Report settings. 
When left blank, all properties are included, when a property is selected, only that property's figures are included.
