Shared reservations do not split the sharing rate

When two single itineraries were shared in a room, half of the single rate was charged. 
This has been fixed so that half of the sharing rate will now be used. 
Similarly, any extra adults will be considered so that the calculation is done across the shared itineraries.

Example: A single itinerary sharing with a double that has an extra Adult calculates as two sharing rooms.

On confirmation letters the RAT1 and RATF bookmarks may be used to show the rate calculated after the share 
split percentage is taken into account.
