Add Market code received from CRS to reservations in Apex

A setting has been added to eRes interface configuration that will populate the User Code 4 field under the Marketing tab on reservations with the Market Code received from eRes.
The line added to the configuration is MarketCode as UserCode4=Yes.
Only UserCode4 is supported.
If eRes sends a market code that does not exist in Apex, the code will be created as a User Defined Code 4 with a description "Added by Intf".
