Prefix invoice number in Rewards revenue message

A setting was added to the Rewards revenue interface to prefix the folio number that is sent to the rewards system after end of day with a character. The prefix is set to the letter Z. In the message, the Z is added to the front of the folio number that is sent to the rewards system.

Booking Code Analysis totals calculation

The totals line of the booking code analysis now calculates its values based on the other totals rather than using the sum of the averaged amounts.

Deposit Due + Services
 
A setting has been added to deposit codes to include services in the deposit due calculation.
The full room rate will be added to the total services before the deposit calculation is applied if this is set.
Please note that changes to services will not automatically recalculate the deposit due, the deposit code will have to be re-selected to force it to recalculate.
