Bulk Merge - GH Masters

On Guest History Masters a "Bulk Merge" option has been added which allows the setting of filters to identify and merge duplicate masters in bulk rather than one-by-one as the existing functionality does.
It allows the user to select which fields they want to match to consider the profiles to be duplicates. Name and City are set by default and cannot be removed, along with them, email, cell or both must be selected
A summary is displayed at the end of the process.

Notes:
  1. "General" supervisor rights are required to run the bulk merge.
  2. The bulk merge will only run on the records displayed on the left so if filters are applied, only those filtered records will be considered for the merge 
  3. Blank fields do not count as a match.
  4. Names with apostrophes are ignored.
  5. Matching profiles will be merged into the lowest master number and blank fields in the receiving profile will be updated from the merged folios where they have completed fields.
  6. The master numbers on past reservations will be updated with the master number if the master linked to them has been merged into another number.
  7. Statistics from merged profiles are added to the receiving profile's stats.
  8. Users are warned that it will take a while to run the process - in testing it took about 10min for 15000 records.

Function Deposit report

When there are multiple deposit triggers set on banqueting reservations the deposit due report now filters them correctly to only show those that are due/overdue on the selected date.

Room levy exclusive flag on rate code 

When levies like tourism levies are included in some rates and excluded from others, it can now be handled as follows:
Set levies to be Included, on the Property settings.
On the rate code that should exclude the levies, tick the "Levy exclusive of the room rate" checkbox. The levy then charges separately for this rate.
