Sage Intacct API - duplicate journals

When error messages were received for statistics messages, the journals would not be treated as successful even if they were. 
They were then resent which caused duplication. Steps were taken to prevent this.

Added a setting to swap the kids categories that are received from Nightsbridge around

Nightsbridge sends children aged 0-3 years as Kids 1 and 4-12 years as Kids 2. 
Kariega prefer it swapped around so a setting "Swap Kids = Yes" has been added to the nightsbridge interface configuration. 
The default will be set to "No"

eResOTA Interface - SUM Avail for suites

Apex now has the ability to combine availability for suite rooms that have the same CRS Code. 
This can then be sent up to eRes.
Bookings received from eRes using the combined CRS code will be allocated according to availability. 

There are two very important rules: 
1.  The Normal room type codes MUST have a CRS Code.
2.  The Normal Room Type CRS Code may not be used as a Suite Room CRS Code. 

This will only be used if the setting "SUM Avail" is set in the Interface configuration.
