Pax from CRS duplicating

Recently, changes were made to the way that CRS rates and guest counts from CRS get handled so that suite bookings would be accurate. 
Not all of these changes are necessary for clients who do not have suites configured and we have reverted to the "old" method. 
The changes made for suites will now only take effect if the SUM Avail setting highlighted below is set to "Yes".   
If clients do not have suites configured the highlighted setting must be No or it must be missing.

For clients already on 2.04 0208, only the ApexInterface.exe needs to be replaced.
