For a new customer, the registration on the Channel is required first. To register with the Channel, the property needs to complete the registration form available on the Channel Website.

After filling in your information, it will be verified by the Booking.com review system. During verification, your listing will not be live.
Activate the connection with the connectivity provider on the Channel side, steps given below
Log in to Booking.com Extranet
Go to Account >> Click on Connectivity provider
Click Search.
Enter Connectivity provider name (OTASWITCH).
Tick the option “I have read, accepted, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the XML service schedule” and click the “Connect” button.
After that, you will see the message “Status of the connection request: Waiting for the provider confirmation.”
Once we approve the connection, you are ready to connect Booking.com with Channel Manager.
Booking.com will provide a unique Channel Property ID, which is required for mapping.
Navigate to Channels
Search for the Channel Name and click on the corresponding Channel tile.
Enter the Channel Property ID.
Once the details have been updated, click the Next button. This will redirect you to the Rate mappings screen.
On the mapping screen, you will see:
Corresponding Room Types and Rate Plans
Drop down selection for Channel Room Types and Rate Plans to be mapped
Select the appropriate Room Type/Rate Plan from the dropdown menus for the Channel Room–Rate Plan combination to be mapped
Once the details have been updated, click the CREATE button.
Once mapping is complete, the connection must be activated.
Select the Channel on the Channels Screen (It will have an Orange Dot Icon to show channel is Paused)
Select the channel then click on Paused Icon, Change to Active
Click on Update
This action will automatically trigger a full update to the Channel.
Whenever a new Room or Rate Plan is created on the Channel, it must be mapped in the Channel Mapping module. This ensures accurate inventory and rate management and seamless delivery of bookings to NebulaONE.
Go to Channels → click on Channel Name
Existing: Find the existing Room Type/ Rate Plan and update the mapping from the drop down list.
NEW: Find the Room Type/ Rate Plan on PMS and select the corresponding new channel mapping from the drop down.
Click on Update
