Booking.com NebulaCRS Interface Mapping

Booking.com NebulaCRS Interface Mapping

1. Introduction

The Booking.com interface is available for direct connection to the Booking.com channel from NebulaCRS. All future enhancements and modules will be made to this interface going forward. The Booking.com eRes and Booking.com Nebula interfaces can run in parallel whilst clients transition to using the Nebula interface exclusively.

The interface supports availability, rate and restriction uploads along with reservation delivery.

NebulaCRS version required 2023.1.6133 or higher

Switching Interface Type
  1. Client is able to run both the existing eRes Booking.com interface and the Nebula Booking.com interface simultaneously whilst migrating each property over. Do not run the same property on both interfaces.
  2. Please advise HTI of the properties being switched in order for the Occupancy Based Pricing to be activated.
  3. Please advise Booking.com as well when switching and build additional room types as the new interface will utilise Room Types instead of Room Categories.
  4. Rate Code, Room Category and Property mappings in that order need to be removed from eRes Booking.com before mapping the Nebula Booking.com interface
  5. It is recommended to first close out the property before removing any mappings to prevent reservation failures and prevent rates and availability not updating.
  6. Once the all the properties have been migrated to the Nebula interface, please advise HTI who will disable the eRes Booking.com interface.
New Connection
  1. Please log onto your Booking.com Extranet, select eRes as your Channel Manager and request HTI Support to activate the connection.
