Process to connect with Agoda


A new customer

New customers must first register on Agoda. To establish a connection or register with Agoda, the property is required to complete the registration form on the Agoda website.

Once your details are submitted, they will undergo verification by Agoda's review system, a process typically requiring up to 72 hours. Your listing will remain inactive during this verification period.


An existing customer on channel

Follow the below steps to enable the connection directly in your Agoda Extranet 


Log in to Agoda and refer to the below steps.

  1. Go to Property >> Click on Property Setting

  2. Click Optional Settings.

  3. Check or uncheck Enable channel manager mode to add or remove channel managers.

  4. Select the channel management system name OTASWITCH from the drop-down options .

  5. Click on Save



Now, You are ready to connect the Agoda with NebulaONE



Credentials

Agoda provides the Agoda Property ID required for mapping.



Channel Connection Setup


Navigate to Channels


Search for the Channel Name and click on the corresponding Channel tile.



Enter the Channel Property ID.



Once the details have been updated, click the Next button. This will redirect you to the Rate mappings screen.


Next > Mapping

On the mapping screen, you will see:

  • Corresponding Room Types and Rate Plans

  • Drop down selection for Channel Room Types and Rate Plans to be mapped




  • Select the appropriate Room Type/Rate Plan from the dropdown menus for the Channel Room–Rate Plan combination to be mapped

  • Once the details have been updated, click the CREATE button.


Important : Activate the Connection

Once mapping is complete, the connection must be activated.

  • Select the Channel on the Channels Screen (It will have an Orange Dot Icon to show channel is Paused)


  • Select the channel then click on Paused Icon, Change to Active



  • Click on Update


This action will automatically trigger a full update to the Channel.



Adding a New Room and/or Rate Plan on the Channel


Whenever a new Room or Rate Plan is created on the Channel, it must be mapped in the Channel Mapping module. This ensures accurate inventory and rate management as well as seamless delivery of bookings to NebulaONE.


Mapping a New Room Type/Rate Plan


  • Go to Channels → click on Channel Name

  • Existing: Find the existing Room Type/ Rate Plan and update the mapping from the drop down list.

  • NEW: Find the Room Type/ Rate Plan on PMS and select the corresponding new channel mapping from the drop down.

  • Click on Update
