Call Center will use your language and locale settings in your browser for date formatting.
If Call Center displays dates in the US format (MM/DD/YYYY) instead of the UK format (DD/MM/YYYY), follow the steps below for your specific browser.
Open Settings: Click the three dots (⋮ or ⋯) in the top-right and select Settings.
Navigate to Languages: Click Languages on the left sidebar.
Add English (United Kingdom): Click Add languages, search for "English (United Kingdom)," and click Add.
Set as Primary: Click the three dots next to English (United Kingdom) and select:
Display Google Chrome/Edge in this language.
Move to the top.
Relaunch: Click the Relaunch button to apply.
Brave is built on Chromium, so the process is very similar to Chrome but with a slightly different menu layout.
Open Settings: Click the "hamburger" menu (☰) in the top-right and select Settings.
Languages: Click Languages on the left-hand menu.
Add UK English: Under the Preferred languages section, click Add languages. Search for "English (United Kingdom)" and click Add.
Set as Display Language: Click the three dots next to English (United Kingdom) and check Display Brave in this language.
Prioritize: Select Move to the top to ensure websites use the $DD/MM/YYYY$ format.
Relaunch: Click the Relaunch button.
Firefox manages languages through its "General" settings tab.
Open Settings: Click the menu button (☰) and select Settings.
Find Language: In the General panel, scroll down to the Language and Appearance section.
Select Language: Under Language, click Search for more languages... in the dropdown.
Add & Order:
Click Select a language to add... and choose English (United Kingdom) [en-gb].
Click Add.
Use the Move Up button to place it at the very top of the list.
Apply: Click OK and restart Firefox.
Safari uses your Mac’s system-wide settings to determine date and time formats.
System Settings: Click the Apple Menu () > System Settings (or System Preferences).
Language & Region: Go to General > Language & Region.
Add English (UK): Under Preferred Languages, click the plus (+) button. Add English (UK).
Make Primary: When prompted, select Use English (UK) as your primary language, or drag it to the top of the list.
Restart Safari: Close Safari entirely (Cmd + Q) and reopen it.
To confirm the change, look at a date field in call center . It should now follow the UK standard:
UK Format: DD/MM/YYYY (e.g., 31/12/2026)
US Format: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 12/31/2026)
