Email Templates added to CRS

Added ability to design email templates that can be emailed as Confirmation vouchers, Property notification emails and Web (automatic) Confirmations emails.

Creating Templates

On creating a template can be pre-populated by selecting one of the pre-built templates.
 A template must a have a Type of either Call Centre (templates available to the Call Centre), Property Notification (emails automatically sent to a property on booking confirmation/amendments) or Web (Automatic Confirmation emails that will be sent to the Guest on API booking confirmation). 
Web Templates can be assigned a Booking Status to allow control over which template get sent for which booking status.
Templates can be copied.
An attachment can be added to a Template that will be attached to the email when sent.
Templates are per customer which allows multi tenant system support. 
Creating a button and specifying the URL as {{bookNowUrl}} will allow the Guest to open the booking in BookNow directly from the e-mail. *An email address is required on the reservation.

Settings:

All current settings to do with configuring emailing in eRes is used with the exception of "Job.QueueEmail.CallLegacyEmail" which is enabled by default. In order to ease a clients switch over to the new system, it is suggested to leave the setting ENABLED and once they have built and are happy with their templates the setting can be DISABLED. Once disabled the new emailing process will take over.

Emailing Queue:

A new screen was added in Nebula CRS under Content to view the template emailing queue. Failed emails can be re-sent if the error has been resolved. Both Property and reservation emails are now part of the same queue. 

Licensing:

For now no license is required to build up to 5 templates per customer. Once that limit is reached the user will not be able to create/copy more templates. A message will be displayed that a license is required and that they should contact support. To be clear licensing will only affect the creation of templates emailing and updating of current templates will still function as normal.
