Error when opening eRes : Can't find resource for bundle.za.co.hti.eres.Resources, key Could not copy Word Templates

1. Error Message

I received the below error message when opening eRes:

1. Can't find resource for bundle.za.co.hti.eres.Resources, key Could not copy Word Templates. You may not be able to open invoices/vouchers in Microsoft Word.

1. This error is stating that an existing eRes Word template is still open and therefore you will not be able any Word templates on eRes.

1. Close all Word templates that are still running or check if Word is running in task manager and force it closed.

1. Once done close and reopen eRes.
