How do I extend a Rate Season on Apex?

How do I extend a Rate Season on Apex?

Should rate amounts for a property remain the same for next period, you may extend the Rate Seasons, so that they are a still valid.

In order to accomplish this the below steps need to be followed:
Idea
1. Extending Rate Season
  1. Navigate to Administration -> Reservation Codes -> Rates -> Rate Seasons Assignment.
  2. Select the Rate season which will be extended.
  3. Select Tab "Rate Assignment".
  4. Select the season which is being extended.
  5. Click on "Change Season".
  6. Update the dates to the date the season is being extended to.
  7. Click on "Save Season".
Alert
Please Note
  1. The rates will be extended as well as the distribution amounts
  2. If the distribution amounts need to be changed, ensure they are updated on the day they need to be changed.
