How do I clear my Java Cache?

In order to clear your Java Cache please follow the below steps:

1. Control Panel
  1. Access your computer's Control Panel and select the "View by Large Icons" option.
  1. Next select "Java".
  1. On the "General" tab select "Settings" under the Temporary Internet Files.
  1. At the bottom of the screen select "Delete Files".
  1. On the "Delete Files and Applications" screen tick all the boxes and select "Ok".
  1. Once completed eRes should launch without issues.
