How do I clear my NebulaPMS Browser Cache?
Browser Cache or History can be cleared in the following ways:
1. General clearing of cache
CTRL + F5 or CTRL + FN + F5
2. Options for Browser
Google Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots on right hand side.
- Select History.
- Select Clear Browsing data.
- Select All time and tick all 3 boxes.
- Clear Data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click on the 3 lines on the right hand side.
- Select Library and then History.
- Select Clear Recent History.
- Time Range - Everything, History - Browsing data, cache, Data - Tick both options.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Edge
- Click on 3 dots on right hand side.
- Click on History.
- Click on 3 dots (more options).
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Time Range - All time , Tick all 4 options.
- Click on Clear Now.
Once you have done the above, try logging in and trying again.
- The browser stores cache which is made up on websites images, HTML, and CSS files, this information is stored on your hard drive, it allows the browser to load the webpage faster.
- We recommend this is done from time to time or after NebulaPMS is upgraded. Upgrade notifications are found on NebulaPMS on the right hand side. This will display the date the upgrade will take place and what is included in the upgrade
