How do I create a Cancellation Code in Apex?
In order to create a Cancellation Code the below steps need to be followed:
1. Cancellation Codes
- Navigate to Administration -> Reservation Codes -> Booking Codes -> Cancellation Codes.
- To add a new code click on the "Add" button.
- Next enter the new code and cancellation description.
- Apex has an added feature where a "Lost Business" type status can be added to the specific cancellation code.
- Examples of a lost business cancellation reason can be would be for example, if a rate is too expensive.
- Once the information has been completed remember to click on the "Save" button.
