How do I create a Series Reservation in eRes?

In order to create a Series Reservation the below steps need to followed:
1. Series Reservations
The Series Copy option allows the user to take an existing reservation and the copying of it into a series of saved reservations. The user can therefore not amend the reservations prior to them being saved.

As with Series Allocation reservations, this function makes a series of reservations with all reservations consisting of the same details and inventory. The reservation dates depends on the dates specified in the date range and occurrence parameters as defined by the user during this process. All reservations in this series of reservations are assigned a unique number next to the name on the "Search" for reservation screen.
  1. To start a Series reservation start by searching for and highlighting the reservation that you require for copying into a series of saved reservations.
  1. Select "Copy Reservation" on the bottom of the Search screen.
  1. Choose "Copy the reservation into a series of new saved reservations" as indicated.
  1. Assign a unique series code (maximum 15 characters).
  1. Next define the date range as well as the occurrence parameters.
  1. The reservation copied successful message concludes the process.
  1. Once done, all reservations in the newly created series will be displayed.
Please Note
The Reservations will each display an individual "Leg" numbers.

2. Reports
Series bookings can be viewed by making use of the Series Reservations by Arrival Date Report.
