How do I create an eRes shortcut on my computer?

In order to create an eRes shortcut please follow the below steps:
  1. Before creating the shortcut ensure that Java has been installed on the computer and that the correct eRes URL is available.
  1. Right click on the desktop and select the "New" option, next select the "Create Shortcut" option from the list of options.
  1. Enter the supplied URL in the shortcut field and click "Next" to continue.
  1. Enter the shortcut name for example: HTI eRes and click on "Finish" once completed.
  1. The shortcut will now be available on the desktop and can be moved to the desired location.
