How do I find a No-Show or Cancelled reservation in Apex?
In order to find a No-Show or Cancelled reservation in Apex please follow the below steps:
- To find a No-Show or Cancelled reservation open Apex and click on the "Reservation Look-up" button located on the speed bar.
- On the Status Selection window tick the No-Show and Cancelled statuses. All No-Show or Cancelled reservations that have not been archived will be displayed.
2. Archived Lookup
- Should the No-Show or Cancelled reservations not be found in the Reservation lookup they will most likely be in the archive. Depending on Apex system settings reservations will either be archived after a few days, or until the reservations were due to arrive or depart.
- To access the Archived Lookup click on Processing-> Reception-> Archived Lookup or click on Ctrl + H on the keyboard to open the menu.
- On the Status Selection window tick the No-Show and Cancelled reservations. All No-Show or Cancelled reservations will be displayed.
