How do I find a past reservation in Apex?

In order to find past reservation in Apex please follow the below steps:

1. Archived Lookup
  1. Should reservations not be found in the Reservation Lookup they will most likely be in the archive. Depending upon Apex system settings cancelled or no-show reservations will either be archived after a few days, or not until they were due to arrive or depart. If reservations are checked out without outstanding balances they will be archived after end of day.
  1. To access the Archived Lookup click on Processing-> Reception-> Archived Lookup or click on Ctrl + H on the keyboard to open the menu.
  1. You can now find reservations by using the Archived lookup filters as well as the status selection windows as normal.
