How do I find a past reservation in Apex?
In order to find past reservation in Apex please follow the below steps:
1. Archived Lookup
- Should reservations not be found in the Reservation Lookup they will most likely be in the archive. Depending upon Apex system settings cancelled or no-show reservations will either be archived after a few days, or not until they were due to arrive or depart. If reservations are checked out without outstanding balances they will be archived after end of day.
- To access the Archived Lookup click on Processing-> Reception-> Archived Lookup or click on Ctrl + H on the keyboard to open the menu.
- You can now find reservations by using the Archived lookup filters as well as the status selection windows as normal.
