How do I get my Managers Report in Apex to display Period Months on the Year to Date column?

In order to change the Managers Report to display the Period Months on the Year to Date column please see the below steps.
1. Administration settings
  1. Please note that Administration rights are required in order to perform this action.
  1. To ensure that the Managers Report reflects the Period months and not the calendar months on the Year to Date column (YTD) you will need to activate a setting in the Apex Administration Module. 
  1. This can be found by navigating to Administration-> General Administration-> System Defaults and Policies. 
  1. Next select the "System Settings" tab.
  1. To change the setting the 'Change" button must be selected, thereafter activate the setting "Period Months for Managers Report YTD".
  1. Once activated the Managers Report will be changed to reflect the Period Month and Year to Date setup in Apex. This can be confirmed after End Of Day when the Managers Report is saved in ApexRepView or printed out.
