How do I move an Apex reservation to a different Room Type?
In order to move a guest or a reservation to a different Room Type or number in Apex please follow the below steps:
1. Block Room
- Open the reservation and select the "Block Room" button. Next click the drop-down box next to the Room Type field and select another room type or click on “All” to display all rooms for all Room Types available.
- Once the correct Room Type has been selected click on the "Allocate Room" button. Thereafter please confirm your selection and rate change should this be applicable.
