How do I set a Maximum Occupancy on a Room Type in Apex?
In order to set a Maximum Occupancy on a Room Type the below steps need to be followed:
1. Room Types
- Navigate to Administration -> Reservation Codes -> Room Codes -> Room Types.
- Select the Room Type.
- Click on "Change".
- Input the Booking Max Pax warning Limit Per Room when booking.
- Click on "Save".
Once this has been saved Apex will warn the user if they try to add more guests in that Room Type than what is allowed.
