How do I add or edit Rate amounts in NebulaCRS?

To update Rate amounts on NebulaCRS follow the below steps

1. Select the Rates Tab.
   
2. Select Base Rates.
   
3. Select Property, Period, Rate Code and Currency which needs to be loaded.
   
4. Under Base Rates Enter the amounts under the demand level/s.
   
5. Enter Room Surcharges if applicable.
   
6. Check rates under Calculated rates by room category, update these amounts, once you have completed loading the amounts on a single line click off the block and then select the next line to be updated.
   
7. Once completed Paint the Demand calendar
   
8. Next Publish the Rates.
   

Please note:

For properties which have both per person and per unit rates. Eg. one Room type utilises unit rates and another utilises per person rates.

1. Change the type on base rates to per unit, enter per unit rates, then change the type to per person rates and load the per person rates.
   
2. Scroll down page to calculated rates by room category, on the rooms which use unit rates, change the type to unit and the rooms which use per person rates leave the type as per person.
