How to access the Apex System Backups

How to access the Apex System Backups

The backups are in the HTI folder located on the Server.

Please follow the below steps on how to navigate to the backup folder:
1. Right-click on the Apex shortcut on the desktop
2. Click on "Open file location"
3. Open the Backup folder
4. The system will save the last 7 days' backups here. The date will be in the backup description.

DO NOT DELETE OR CUT/PASTE ANY BACKUPS FROM THIS FOLDER.
