How to Add a Maintenance Reason in NebulaPMS?

1. Maintenance Reasons
  1. Navigate to Maintenance -> Maintenance Reasons or Settings -> Reservation -> Maintenance Reasons.
  2. Click on the "Add" button.
  3. Create a Code and a Description.
  4. Specify Days to fix: Specify how long it should take to resolve this issue; if this varies, leave as 1, this will be specified when blocking room on maintenance.
  5. Tick remove from Inventory if this should be removed from Inventory when this maintenance reason is selected. (Availability will be reduced).
Please Note
  1. The Remove from Inventory option will reduce the availability.
  2. Removing from inventory will also show the number of rooms under maintenance on the Occupancy reports and Managers report.
  3. When Remove from inventory is ticked, when blocking the room for maintenance it will display on the Room rack with the Spanner symbol and display in red
  4. If remove from inventory is not ticked, the room number is only denoted in red under the Room rack and will display the maintenance reason on the Room chart. This does not reduce availability and the room type can still be booked.

  2. Deep Cleaning.
  3. Repairs.
  4. Electrical.
  5. Refurbishment.
  6. Airconditioning.
  7. General Maintenance.
  8. Issue.
