How to add a Rate Code to a Hotel?

1. Rate Codes
  1. Log into NebulaCRS.
  2. Navigate to Rates -> Hotel Rate Codes
  3. A list of Rate Codes have been provided, select the relevant Rate Code from the list. Take note if the Rate is a Base Rate or a Derived Rate.
    1. Base Rates: This rate is a standalone rate and any rate can be derived off of this rate.
    2. Derived Rates or Linked Rates: These are rates that derive off of base rates, these linked rates can add or subtract an amount or percentage off of the base rate. The Linked rate is displayed under the Base rate.
  4. If you have selected the Base rate, the rate is successfully linked to the hotel and you should then proceed to Base Rates and completed the rate loading process.
  5. If you have selected a Linked rate, ensure the Base rate is ticked as well.
  6. If the Base rate was already ticked and rate amounts have been defined then proceed to the Demand calendar.
  7. If the Base rate needed to be ticked as well, then proceed to Base rates and complete the rate loading process
