An attendant is a waiter/ barman working in an outlet but that has no access to the system. They generally take food and
beverage orders and hand the orders to a cashier that processes orders and guest bills on the system.
A system administration with the applicable rights can add a new attendant by navigating to Administration > Point of Sale Administration > Attendant Codes
To create a new attendant in the system click on the "Add" button and complete the following fields:
- Code: Initials of the attendant.
- Description: Name and surname of the attendant.
- Override Group Commission: This field should only be activated to override the existing group commission % set under
- the group codes menu.
- Commission percentage: Enter the percentage amount the commission should be generated by.
