How to add an Attendant in PlusCentral

An attendant is a waiter/ barman working in an outlet but that has no access to the system. They generally take food and
beverage orders and hand the orders to a cashier that processes orders and guest bills on the system.

A system administration with the applicable rights can add a new attendant by navigating to Administration > Point of Sale Administration > Attendant Codes

To create a new attendant in the system click on the "Add" button and complete the following fields:
  1. Code: Initials of the attendant.
  2. Description: Name and surname of the attendant.
  3. Override Group Commission: This field should only be activated to override the existing group commission % set under
  4. the group codes menu.
  5. Commission percentage: Enter the percentage amount the commission should be generated by.
