How to change pax on Banqueting Rooms?

On Apex there are two places where the Pax is entered, this will control the number of persons allowed in a function room when making a banqueting booking.

The Apex System Administrator at the property will be able to make these changes.

1. Function Room Max Pax

1. Navigate to Administration -> Banqueting Codes -> Function Rooms -> Function Rooms.
   
2. Select the Room wish to change, Click on Change update the Max Pax and Save.
   
3. The Max Pax will need to be the most people this room can take on any room configuration.
   

2. Function Room Pax on Room Configuration

1. Navigate to Administration -> Banqueting Codes -> Function Rooms -> Function Rooms.
   
2. Select the room you wish to change, select the Room Configurations tab.
   
3. Select the Setup, click on Change Setup.
   
4. Change the Max and/or Min Pax.
   
5. The Max pax defined here may not be more than the max pax defined on the room.
