How to do a PlusCentral System Backup?

Automatic backups are performed every day whilst running the End of Day process on the POS. The manual backup is usually done for system maintenance procedures or when unfavorable weather conditions are experience threatening the use of the hardware.
The backup path is specified under the System Configuration and has to be valid for the backup to run. This is done by the System Administrator or an HTI agent. PlusCentral will store the backups in the specified folder located on the server.
1. To make a manual backup in the system, access the Processing header > Backup menu.
2. When the backup is complete click on the “Ok”
button to exit.
