How do I link reservations together in NebulaPMS?

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the individual reservation you want to link to the reservation which will become the main reservation.
  1. Navigate to the Itinerary tab.
  1. Select "More Actions" and Link.
  1. Click "OK" on the confirmation box and receive supervisor approval if required.
  1. Search for the reservation you would like to link the current reservation (Use last name, reservation number etc) once the reservation has been found select it.
  1. NebulaPMS will prompt and advise that the current reservation will be converted to a House account. Click on House Account.
  1. The itinerary will now will be linked to the reservation selected.
  1. You may close the House Account of the reservation if no longer required.
