How to make Walk-in Reservation on NebulaPMS?
A walk-in reservation can only be done if the day of arrival is the current date and is created on the room chart.
- To create a Walk-In Reservation Navigate to Reception > Room Chart
- Highlight the arrival and drag the block until the departure date, for the room number you are walking the guest into.
- Input the reservation details and tick the Flag Walk-in
- Click on Continue and then input further reservation information.
- Click on Save
- Select the Itinerary Tab and then check-in the guest and complete any further front office procedures.
- The reservation will display a walking man in red on the Room Chart
This will also display under the statistics for Walk-in on the manager's report.
