How to post a Deposit on a reservation in NebulaPMS?

In order to post a Deposit on a reservation the below steps need to be followed:

1. Reservations
  1. Open the reservation then click on the "Marketing" tab.
  1. In order to be able to post a deposit , you will have to ensure that a Deposit Policy is linked to the reservation. Should a deposit policy not exist select the drop down and add a policy to the reservation. Remember select the "Save" button.
  1. Click on the Invoice tab and then select the "Deposit" button at the bottom of the screen.
  1. A second screen will pop up with deposit details, such as the deposit which is due, received or outstanding.
  1. Click on "Post" then enter the amount that you would like to post on the reservation, lastly click on the "Post deposit" button.
  1. The reservation itinerary lines will now be Guaranteed.
