How to resolve the "No Code Found" error on Apex reports

When system users capture reservation information on the folios, they need to select the company masters from a drop-down. If they type the company name into the field, then the system will not recognize it and give "No Code Found" on the reports.

To correct or avoid this, follow the below steps:
Create the Company or Debtor Master profile

1. Company and Debtor Masters have to be entered/created by navigating to the Masters page.

2. Select "Add" at the top of the screen.

3. Enter the profile information.
The Number (profile code) and Description are mandatory fields

Adding the information onto a reservation shown below.
4. Typing in the Company or Debtor Name in the reservation will cause the "No Code Found" error on the reports.

5. The Company and or Debtor Master Field on the reservation should always be completed by making use of the code lookup option and selecting an existing profile from the dropdown options. Should it not appear, then the profile have not been created yet.
