How to see changes made to Rate Restriction or Rate Closeout?
When a Rate Closeout or Restriction is added, modified or deleted on NebulaCRS the history is recorded.
To retrieve the history follow the below steps:
- Select the Revenue tab.
- Next select History -> Rate Closeouts or Restrictions.
1. Rate Closeouts
Fields which can be filtered on Rate Closeouts:
- Action - Add, Update, Delete.
- Created - Date and Time.
- Created User - Username.
- Deleted - Deleted Date and Time.
- Deleted User - Username.
- Start and End Date - Start and End date of closeout.
- Room Category - Room category assigned to closeout - if blank will be for all.
- Made In - Nebula/.
- Hotel - Property/s assigned.
- Rate Code - Rate Code used in closeout.
- Channels - Channel used in closeout.
- Source - Source used in closeout.
- Published - True or False.
2. Restrictions
Fields which can be filtered on Rate Restrictions:
- Action - Add, Update, Delete.
- Created - Date and Time.
- Created User - Username.
- Deleted - Deleted Date and Time.
- Deleted User - Username.
- Start and End Date - Start and End date of closeout.
- Room Category - Room category assigned to closeout - if blank will be for all.
- Type - Type of restriction used for example: Promotion.
- Parameter - restriction parameter for example: PROMO.
- Made In - Nebula/.
- Hotel - Property/s assigned.
- Rate Code - Rate Code used in restriction.
- Channels - Channel used in restriction.
- Source - Source used in restriction.
- Published - True or False.
Once you have selected the Restriction or Rate closeout, it will display the details of the restriction which was added, modified or deleted.
