How to see changes made to Rate Restriction or Rate Closeout?

How to see changes made to Rate Restriction or Rate Closeout?

When a Rate Closeout or Restriction is added, modified or deleted on NebulaCRS the history is recorded.

To retrieve the history follow the below steps:
  1. Select the Revenue tab.
  2. Next select  History -> Rate Closeouts or Restrictions.
1. Rate Closeouts
Fields which can be filtered on Rate Closeouts:
  1. Action - Add, Update, Delete.
  2. Created - Date and Time.
  3. Created User - Username.
  4. Deleted - Deleted Date and Time.
  5. Deleted User - Username.
  6. Start and End Date - Start and End date of closeout.
  7. Room Category - Room category assigned to closeout - if blank will be for all.
  8. Made In - Nebula/.
  9. Hotel - Property/s assigned.
  10. Rate Code - Rate Code used in closeout.
  11. Channels - Channel used in closeout.
  12. Source - Source used in closeout.
  13. Published - True or False.
2. Restrictions
Fields which can be filtered on Rate Restrictions:
  1. Action - Add, Update, Delete.
  2. Created - Date and Time.
  3. Created User - Username.
  4. Deleted - Deleted Date and Time.
  5. Deleted User - Username.
  6. Start and End Date - Start and End date of closeout.
  7. Room Category - Room category assigned to closeout - if blank will be for all.
  8. Type - Type of restriction used for example: Promotion.
  9. Parameter - restriction parameter for example: PROMO.
  10. Made In - Nebula/.
  11. Hotel - Property/s assigned.
  12. Rate Code - Rate Code used in restriction.
  13. Channels - Channel used in restriction.
  14. Source - Source used in restriction.
  15. Published - True or False.
Once you have selected the Restriction or Rate closeout, it will display the details of the restriction which was added, modified or deleted.
