A security feature is now available whereby users will have by default 5 attempts to input the correct password, if this threshold is exceeded the user will be locked out.
A system administrator at the property will then need to unlock the user.
1. Steps on how to unlock a user
- Navigate to Administration -> General Administration -> Employee Codes.
- Select the Employee who has been locked out.
- Click on "Change".
- Set Failed Login Attempts to 0.
- Click on "Save".
- The employee will now be able to login again.
Please Note
In order for HTI to unlock a user, we will require a written letter from the General Manager requesting us to do so.
