How to update Registration Terms and Conditions on Group Guest list report?

On Apex the Group Guest List Report contains Terms and Conditions. To add or update these Terms and Conditions follow the below steps.

1. Group Guest List
  1. Navigate to Administration -> General Administration -> System Defaults and Policies.
  2. Select the "Conditions" Tab.
  3. Click on the "Change" button.
  4. The first Block contains the Group Guest List Conditions, update this field. The maximum number of allowed characters is 3000 including spaces and special characters.
  5. Click the "Save" button, the conditions will now have been changed.
