How to Search for and View Reservations on NebulaCRS

In order to Search and View reservations the below steps need to be followed:
1. Reservations
  1. Log into NebulaCRS
  2. Navigate to the Reservations tab.
  3. Options for searching reservations include:
    1. eRes Reservation Number;
    2. Hotel;
    3. Date Type - Search by Booking Date or Arrival Date;
    4. Start and End Date;
    5. Tick Box Include Cancelled Reservations
  4. Input the search criteria and search for the reservation.
  5. Reservation or a list of reservations will generate.
  6. Select the reservation, this will then open the details of the reservation.
  7. If the reservation is not found:
    1. Check if the reservation has been canceled and tick "include cancelled" and then search.
    2. Confirm that the dates are correct.
    3. Should you still be unable to locate the reservation contact your Client Success team for assistance.
