Introduction

BookNow 2.0 is the next generation direct bookings on your website.
It is an Embedded' Booking Engine - enhancing the booking experience and making it easy to customise.  No more iFrames, sub-domains or breaking away to another domain, which makes analytics and tracking of the guest journey very difficult. 
Specials and Promo Rates - we have added the ability to display any and all rates that you wish to display.  This way you can up-sell / cross-sell and convert more bookings.  We have also added the ability to customise the rate descriptions to attract more guests and increase conversions.
A NEW Content Manager - with hi-res images to make your properties look beautiful and inviting, now add multiple images



Supported Features

Booking Engine

Your website can seamlessly integrate our Booking Engine using a simple script provided to your web developer. With this script, your developer can effortlessly incorporate the booking engine anywhere on your site. This ensures easy customization to match the overall look and feel of your website, providing a seamless and cohesive user experience.
Decide on the rooms and rates you want to sell and with detailed descriptions and high res images for your properties and rooms.

Agent/Corporate Login

Agent and Corporate Login will allow you to attract more direct bookings from these target markets, offer them special negotiated rates. Send them an agent invite and they can start booking instantly. Agents and corporates will have the ability to create, modify and cancel their reservation, make secure payments and even upload vouchers.
Front desk and reservations agents will be provided with a link in the reservation memo to retrieve any documents uploaded by the agent.

Promotions and Stay Restrictions

Specials and Promo Rates! Now, you have the power to showcase any and all rates you desire, empowering you to up-sell, cross-sell, and ultimately convert more bookings. What's more, we've incorporated customizable rate descriptions, enabling you to tailor your offerings to attract a wider audience and drive higher conversion rates. It's all about providing you with the tools to maximize your sales potential and enhance guest satisfaction.
You can effortlessly map or promote all your public rates directly on the booking engine. Plus, you have the flexibility to enhance each rate with vibrant and explanatory descriptions that entice guests to upgrade.

Content Management

With our Content Manager, you have full control over your Booking Engine site. Easily assign properties to your site and provide detailed descriptions for each property, room, and rate. Showcase your accommodations with multiple high-resolution images to effectively promote your offerings. Additionally, you can upload your terms and conditions or include a hyperlink directing visitors to the document or site where they are hosted.

Loyalty

Through the Loyalty Login feature, guests can access exclusive loyalty rates and redeem their points seamlessly. Currently, this functionality is supported exclusively through the OCIS interface. Please note that integrating additional loyalty programs may necessitate additional development.

Direct Payments

NebulaPay offers guests a wide array of payment options tailored to your property's preferences. Whether it's popular choices like Zapper, Spanscan, or Mpesa, or seamless integration with Payment Gateways such as Payfast, Iveri, or Paygate, we've got you covered. Alternatively, you can opt for direct payments through your preferred gateway. The choice is yours, ensuring a convenient and flexible payment experience for your guests.

Reservation Confirmations

Generate reservation confirmations through Call Center email templates to be emailed directly to guests and clients, incorporating payment links and special offers. Clients who prefer Legacy PDF templates may choose this option, however there are limitations.

What's Required?

  1. Sign up for BookNow 2.0 with our Sales team
  2. HTI Support will provide a script and instruction document for your web developer
  3. Send us the host site URL to whitelist
  4. HTI Support will configure the Booking Engine Interface and NebulaPay - additional information may be requested by the team
  5. Login into your content manager and start uploading descriptions and images
  6. You are ready to start taking bookings DIRECT on your website
