My eRes Excel Reports are not aligned how can I fix this?

In order to fix the Report alignment the below steps need to be followed:
1. Excel Reports
  1. On Excel versions 2013 and higher the settings used to generate these reports, now look at the user's computer regional settings configuration.
  1. To correct these settings right click on your date and time at the bottom of your screen.
  1. Select "Adjust date/time".
  1. Scroll down and click on "Date, Time & Regional formatting" settings.
  1. Once the regions page is displayed scroll down and select "Additional date, time & regional settings". The clock and region settings will open from the Control Panel.
  1. Select "Change date, time or number formats".
  1. Once the Regions screen displays click on "Additional settings" at the bottom of the screen, then change the Decimal to be a full stop (.)
  1. Next change the List separator to a comma (,)
  1. Click on "Apply" to confirm the changes.
  1. Re-run the report in Excel and it will be aligned correctly.
  1. If the above still did not fix the issue open Excel and go to File -> Options -> Advanced. Please ensure that "Use Systems Separators" is ticked.
