In order to fix the Report alignment the below steps need to be followed:
- On Excel versions 2013 and higher the settings used to generate these reports, now look at the user's computer regional settings configuration.
- To correct these settings right click on your date and time at the bottom of your screen.
- Select "Adjust date/time".
- Scroll down and click on "Date, Time & Regional formatting" settings.
- Once the regions page is displayed scroll down and select "Additional date, time & regional settings". The clock and region settings will open from the Control Panel.
- Select "Change date, time or number formats".
- Once the Regions screen displays click on "Additional settings" at the bottom of the screen, then change the Decimal to be a full stop (.)
- Next change the List separator to a comma (,)
- Click on "Apply" to confirm the changes.
- Re-run the report in Excel and it will be aligned correctly.
- If the above still did not fix the issue open Excel and go to File -> Options -> Advanced. Please ensure that "Use Systems Separators" is ticked.
