My PlusPoint system date is behind how do I catch up to the correct date?
Should it happen that the PlusPoint system date is behind the below steps need to be followed in order to run multiple End of Days:
- Access PlusCentral and navigate to Administration -> General Administration -> System Configuration.
- Click on the "Point of Sale" tab and find the option for the "Number of hours that must pass before the next End of Day is run" setting.
- Select the "Change" button at the top of the page and set that timer to zero, click on the "Save" button.
On the workstation completely close PlusPoint and log back in. You will now be able to run multiple End Of Day processes to catch up to the correct system date.
Please Note
You will need to follow the steps above again to put back the lock-out timer to the default (e.g 12 hours). Failure to do so may result in users running the system date forward accidentally in the future.
