My TMS Vacant Call Account has been closed how do I fix this?

In order to create a new Vacant Call Account the below steps need to be followed:
1. House Account
Usually an error will be displayed on the Interface Monitor informing the user that the Vacant Call account no longer exists. The next step would then be to open a new Vacant Call Account.
  1. To Open a new House Account navigate to the Room Rack and select the "Open House Account" button.
  1. Enter the House Account name as the Vacant Call Account, this profile should already exist and the profile details can be selected using the Guest History.
  1. Should the profile details not be available please complete the relevant mandatory fields and save the new house account.
Once the House folio has been created please supply the HTI Client Success Agent with the folio number as this needs to be changed in the Interface configuration.
