Rate Closeouts and Restrictions

Currency issue on Booknow

Made a change to BookNow to force it to ONLY display rates returned in the Property default currency if the guest did not specify a specific Currency in the search.
Note - If there are rates with same Rate Code but different Currencies built in eRes, the eRes API will then choose a currency randomly and if that is not the Property  defualt Currency no rates will be displayed.

BookNow Requirements with regards to multi currency clients:

- Only 1 Currency per property can be displayed at a time.
- If not searching for a specific currency, only the rates in the default currency will be dispalyed.
- Properties with Rates with different currencies must have different Rate Codes. If they are the same the API will choose a currency randomly. (chapest rate per RateCode).
