NebulaCRS Email Templates



Customers may customise and update their email templates more easily with Call Centre Email Templates.
It is no longer necessary to send out obsolete word or PDF templates to clients.
Create marketing, property alerts, confirmation vouchers, and other materials for your brand or property with Call Center Templates.
There is a maximum of 5 templates that can be made before additional fees start to apply.
Prebuild your email templates and then request that HTI switch over when you're ready.

Required:
  1. NebulaCRS Call Center module activated for eRes clients
  2. NebulaCRS Version 2022.2 and higher
  3. Email templates user right should be assigned to user group to access email template builder
