Reinstating itinerary sets wrong status on banqueting bookings

When banqueting bookings are accessed through the FO reservation lookup and itineraries are cancelled/reinstated, the reservation status is no longer set to "Group", it keeps its banqueting status.

Rate publish - seasons and values

When rates are published, the season dates and values were incorrect.
Please note that, if the first season for the year is not the highest rate value, that season should not be used again later in the year.
Example:
A client uses the previous year's rates until 15 January but the new year's high season rate is higher.
The rate level that is used until 15 January must not be used for another season later in the year. If clients will run out of rate levels as a result, please contact me for help with that.
