Reminder: Using linked guest profiles requires an enhanced guest profiling license.

1. The linked guest profiles window allows interaction with already linked profiles so that details may be updated.

2. Nationality and Passport nationality fields have been added to the linked profiles window; when set, these fields are included in the linked profiles export.

3. Changes made to linked profiles update guest history, making the change visible when that profile is used on a new reservation.

4. When a profile created as a linked profile with notes is used on a new reservation, the notes will be added to the memo.

The error that occurred when generating a function sheet has been resolved.

Current day's revenue ignored forecast room revenue when any revenue of the type "Room" was posted. Actual transactions for the day as well as forecast values to be posted at day end are now included in the figure.

  

For some (newer) clients, when a date range was set for the report, the last date was omitted. This issue is now fixed.

When a room was accidentally checked out and then reinstated, the rate for the remainder of the stay is reinstated too.

Ensured that special requests received from Central Reservations are reflected on the reservation. 

When the guest email address is removed from the itinerary "set name" field, it no longer reappears after saving.

When rates are published, if rates beyond the current year have been built, they are also sent to CRS now.

 Banqueting reservation status should not change to "Group" upon itinerary reinstatement

When one of the itineraries on a banqueting reservation is cancelled and reinstated, the reservation status no longer changes to "Group" so that it keeps its banqueting functionality.

Property logos now display on correspondence letters when the <s-logo/> bookmark is set.

All rooms can now be checked out when all outstanding balances from a group reservation's room accounts have been moved to the master account. The Master account will stay open until it is settled.

Today's EOD postings report no longer generates a blank output when there are more than 40 rooms in house.

Interface passwords won't be visible on the front-end any longer and will be encrypted in the database.

An error that was being logged constantly in the back-end was resolved.

On reservation lookup, proforma, confirmations and the itinerary tab on reservations, multi itinerary bookings now sort according to arrival date, not property.

 No field for Passport Nationality

With the introduction of the enhanced guest profiles, CRS can now send Passport numbers along with the issuing nationality. Since no field existed to store this information, space has now been added to the database so that both ID Nationality and Passport Nationality can be saved.

Function sheets now exclude cancelled itineraries.

Invoices for checked-out rooms are only closed at day end to allow for necessary final processing on the day of departure. However, room charges from POS are now rejected once the room associated with the invoice has been checked out.

The O-status value (which indicates the value of reservations checked out- and house accounts closed on non-zero balances) is now correct.
