Value Report Stock close does not balance to the rest of the reports
  1. Changed selling price during the period and the stock value report showed correctly for all 3 cost types
  2. Checked Stock Movement by Value Report for all 3 cost types and the opening and closing figures are correct
  3. Checked that the cost prices on the stock movement processes (deliveries, reductions, etc.) are correct across all 3 cost types
  4. Compared the Store, Group and Category Summary reports against the values shown in the Stock Value report and it is consistent across all 3 cost types

  1. The ability to add additional charges to an invoice has been added. An "Add Charge" option can be found in the invoice actions.
  2. Additional charges now appear in the invoice transaction history in their own collapsible section called "Additional Charges".
  3. The ability to charge and reverse additional charges has been added. Swipe right on an additional charge item in the invoice transaction history.
  4. Additional charges will now appear as a "total" widget on both the mobile and web app dashboards. (The total includes gratuity.)
  5. The "Revenue By Group" widget will now show additional charge types explicitly.
  6. All other chart widgets include additional charges in their totals (with the exception of the "Top Selling Products" widget).
  7. The Outlet Analysis report now displays additional charges.

Ability to soft delete a Product and Product Variant
A soft delete allows a user to delete a product/variant even if there are transactions linked to them. This is achieved by marking the product/variant as deleted, this way the user does not see the product/variant anymore but we can still report on the product/variant so historical data is still maintained.

The feature works as follows:

  1. First, we try to delete the product/variant as normal, if this fails we try a soft delete.
  2. If there is no stock movement for the product/variant we go ahead with the soft delete
  3. If there is stock movement then the user will have to do a stock take first and ensure the closing balance is zero before deleting the product/variant
After a soft delete is done on a product/variant, it should not be displayed on the following screens:

  1. The product/variant screen
  2. The product options screen (this only applies to options linked to a product)
  3. The custom menu screen
  4. The link products to store screen
  5. The link products to the UberEats menu screen
  6. The product suggestion box on the stock screens (example requisitions, deliveries, issues, etc)
  7. The menu on the mobile app
  8. The options menu on the mobile app
